"One Saturday afternoon Tom wanted to have an adventure because he didn't want to think about Injun Joe. He went to Huck and said, "I'm going to look for treasure. Do you want to come with me?" "(p.14)
The hero of this book is Tom sawyer. He is a naughty and curious boy. One day, he saw the scene of the murder. Injun Joe killed a doctor with his knife.
But Muff Potter who was be with them is doubted.
Tom wants to help Muff but if Injun knows that Tom witnessed the scene, Tom may be killed.
Tom decides to go to an adventure with his friend Huck.
In their adventure, Huck knows that Injun Joe is going to kill Mrs. Douglas who is good to Huck.
Huck also wants to help Mrs. Douglas.
In their adventure, they faces to dangerous situation Injun causes.
How can they overcome them?
At first, I thought Tom is bad boy because he did naughty things.
But I thought he is a gentle boy and has a strong sense of justice later.
He goes to dangerous place such as cave, old house and so on.
When you read this story, you may feel nervous.
